PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once a payment is successfully completed, customers will immediately receive a payment confirmation email at the registered email address.

RETURNS POLICY 

Due to the nature of perishable food items, Al Jadeed Bakery does not offer returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.In case of incorrect, damaged, or missing items, customers must notify us immediately upon delivery so we can review and resolve the issue accordingly.

REFUND POLICY 

Refunds are not applicable for perishable food items once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, in cases of wrong, damaged, or missing items, and upon verification, Al Jadeed Bakery may process a refund to the original payment method or offer a replacement, at its discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing times.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as they involve the preparation of fresh food items. In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be reviewed only before order preparation begins, and approval will be at the sole discretion of Al Jadeed Bakery.
